She was absolutely lovely, friendly, and professional, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. The customer service was top-tier from start to finish. I had hair loss and came to this clinic for assessment. Dr. Amir saw me in the clinic and suggested a treatment to tackle the hair loss. I opted for the 6-month package. The clinic is spotless and spacious. The appointment arrangement was very easy and very organised. They were also able to amend my appointments if need be. Tala and Bora are lovely and made sure I get the appointments booked. Dr. Amir was very kind and respectful and reassured me all throughout the treatment. I had a lot of anxiety especially because I lost half of my hair and I also lost hair in my eyebrows. Most of my treatments were done by lovely and amazing Liubov. Other times it was Manpreet, Priya, Stef, Sapna, and Ida which were also all amazing and lovely. Everyone showed me kindness in this clinic and I am forever grateful.
